The construction department at REMCO can facilitate the creation of large scale projects as we have the equipment and personnel to tackle all sides of a construction endeavour including electrics, mechanics and plumbing. This broad range of coverage means that we are able to test and commission projects upon completion and obtain clearance and certification from the relevant departments (e.g. from the Water and Electrical Department, Municipality or Civil Defence Department).
In addition to the actual construction of your buildings or other structures REMCO offers maintenance services during a period of liability after project completion date. This means the construction department will submit all their as-built drawings, operational documents and maintenance manuals to the REMCO service department for the continuation of our excellent service to you. Clients find this easy continuity of service to be extremely convenient for the management of large projects.
